Member Care
The Children’s and Youth Program Coordinator leads and directs a program of care for Third Culture Kids and their families. The coordinator will oversee pre-field and re-entry care for families, coordinate programs for kids at our annual events, provide resources to parents on the field and to sending churches, develop new initiatives, set yearly goals and recruit others to join in service to the kids of our movement.
The Pastoral Coach debriefs international staff, provides counseling and mentoring for field staff and staff returning to the US from the field. This position also includes some teaching opportunities and limited international travel to care for and coach international staff. Previous field experience either living overseas or extensive interaction with field workers is required.
The Communications Coordinator will write monthly/bimonthly communications on behalf of the home office to our field members, coordinate with other departments regarding messages to be sent to the field, and develop and maintain the website our fieldworkers utilize. A qualified candidate will have excellent writing skills, experience in managing websites and a good eye for graphic design.
Mobilization
A Regional Representative (Denver, CO) initiates and strengthens relationships with individuals and groups, and encourages Inquirers/Journeyers/Applicants in their area who have interest in working with our organization. The representative is responsible to develop strategy and set goals for recruiting in his or her region as well as represent the organization at various events. This work is done from the representative’s home office in Colorado.
The Special Assignment Coordinator contributes to the recruitment of long-term members by facilitating internships between interested candidates and field teams. These internships generally range from 3 to 18 months. The coordinator generally reviews applications, works between applicants and field teams to find best fit for both parties/needs, helps coordinated logistics for travel and pre-field training. Strong interpersonal and organizational skills are required.
